Dallas Arcand is an Aboriginal Entertainer from the Alexander (Kipohtakaw) Indian Cree Nation, located near Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. He is broadly talented, but best known for his achievements as a champion Aboriginal hoop dancer, a motivational speaker and a musician.

Dallas was awarded the title of 2012 World Champion Hoop Dancer the Annual World Championship Hoop Dancing Competition in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. This is the 3rd time Dallas has won this honour.

Calgary Stampede 2007 July 2013. Featured Performer - Calgary Exhibition & Stampede 2013. Once again, Dallas Arcand will be featured performing the hoop dance at the Calgary Exhibition & Stampede. In addition to playing a prominent role in the Grandstand Show each evening, Dallas will perform several times daily in the Rodeo event schedule. NEWS
